i have very little knowledge in coding aside from what i know how to do in R (which is barely coding, it's mostly a math or science program) so this was a crazy endeavor. i was inspired by a friend of a friend (gnarly's blog) and truly thought it was such an intersting and cool way to carve out a little bit of the internt for myself.

i remember, very briefly, a time on the internet where the aesthetics were kind of just like zoo tycoon and kidpix (maybe because that's like all i played as a kid) so i really want to make this site very similar. interactive, hidden secrets, bloated, messy, fun.

i've wanted a place to show off the models that i paint and i figure this is a great place to do it. my own website shape, website theme, design, it can be like a personal gallery essentially.

beyond that i think it would just be really epic to have my own website and my own domain

i think there's a way where i can organize the blog posts in a way that has them tagged with like "review" or "progress update" but honestly idk if i really gaf about setting that up. i'm still figuring out how to make the photos and minis page not take 6 years to load when i eventually upload real photos but whatever ill figure it out.
